  • 100% Advance Payment is Required
    All orders must be paid in full before we begin processing. This helps us ensure timely production and delivery.

🚫 No Refunds

  • Since all our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds once the order is confirmed and printing has started.
  • Please make sure to review your design, content, and order details thoroughly before final approval.

📦 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are extra and are calculated based on your delivery location.
  • We will inform you about the exact shipping fee before dispatching your order.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns for any product, but we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • There is a printing mistake or misprint caused from our end.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the damage or misprint must be shared.
  • Exchange is subject to inspection and approval by our team.

  • Mistakes in text, spelling, or design that were approved by the customer before printing.
  • Minor color differences due to screen/display variations.
