📦 Order Processing

  • 100% advance payment is required to begin processing any order.
  • Once payment is confirmed and your design is finalized, we begin production immediately.
  • Depending on the product type and quantity, production time may vary from 1 to 5 working days.

🚚 Delivery & Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are extra and will be added to your final bill based on your delivery location, size, and weight of the package.
  • We use reliable courier partners to ensure safe and fast delivery across India.
  • Delivery timelines vary by location but generally take 2–7 business days after dispatch.

🚫 No Free Shipping

  • We do not offer free shipping on any order.
  • All customers are responsible for the shipping cost unless otherwise specified in a promotion.

📍 Delivery Locations

  • We deliver across India. If your location is in a remote area, delivery may take slightly longer.

🔄 Damaged or Misprinted Products

  • We only allow exchanges if the product is damaged during shipping or if there’s a printing error from our side.
  • Customers must report any such issues within 24 hours of delivery, along with photo/video proof.
